The WEF Davos guide, in four steps
Practical notes from the team that has driven in Davos for eight Forums. Read them in this order.
About this guide
Field notes for the Forum
This WEF Davos guide collects what we have learned moving people through the town during the World Economic Forum.
Every January we see the same avoidable problems: a hotel booked in the wrong village, a registration started too late, a schedule that ignores the convoys. None of it is hard to fix early. All of it is expensive to fix in the week itself.
The guide follows the order of a real trip. Start with Plan, then Access, Travel and On site. Everything reflects recent editions of the Forum. Official rules, closures and deadlines change every year, so we always confirm the current details with you in writing.
