Long distance
Geneva and Milan to Davos transfer, planned around the Forum
Zurich is the usual gateway, but not every guest flies there. We also run transfers from Geneva and Milan.
In short
Geneva and Milan are several hours from Davos by road, so we plan an overnight stop or an air leg. We run transfers from both airports with the same standards as every other service.

Long journeys
A Geneva or Milan to Davos transfer needs a plan
These are long journeys across Switzerland and the Alps, and in January they depend on the weather.
Most WEF attendees fly into Zurich, which is about two hours from Davos. Guests arriving in Geneva or Milan face a much longer road, and in winter the journey can change at short notice. We therefore plan these transfers earlier and with more margin.
We run a Geneva and Milan to Davos transfer with the same standards as every other service: a vetted chauffeur, a winter-equipped car, a meet & greet on arrival and a dispatch desk that follows the road.
Options we recommend
- An overnight stop near the arrival airport, then a fresh start to Davos.
- A flight to Zurich, then a short transfer, if the schedule allows.
- A helicopter leg for the final stretch, subject to weather and permissions.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Which airports do you serve for Davos?
Zurich (ZRH) is the usual gateway. We also run transfers from Geneva and Milan, meet private jets, and coordinate helicopter arrivals to Davos.
Can you collect guests from other airports?
Tell us the airport and the date. We confirm what is possible and propose the best route.
How long is the journey from Geneva or Milan?
Several hours by road, and more in winter or during the Forum. We give you a realistic timing for your date when we quote, and we advise an overnight stop where it makes sense.
How early should I book a chauffeur for the WEF in Davos?
Enquire in July or August of the year before the Forum. Hundreds of vehicles are deployed for the week, and the chauffeurs with real Davos experience are taken first. Late requests are possible, but the choice of drivers and vehicles narrows quickly from October.
