Who we work for

Transport for delegations that cannot be late

For eight years we have driven government delegations, ministers and C-level executives at the Davos Forum.

Managing Davos delegation transport means coordinating dozens of arrivals, several hotels and a security team, in a town where roads close without notice. A travel manager does not need more drivers. A travel manager needs one partner who carries the whole programme and reports on it.

That is how we work. One coordinator knows your delegation before it lands, follows every movement during the week, and sends one invoice at the end.

To start

What we need from you

Send what you have. We build the programme with you and ask for the rest.

  1. The delegation

Number of guests, their roles and the level of protection they need.

  2. Arrivals and departures

Flights or private jets, arrival times and the airports involved.

  3. Hotels

Where each guest stays in Davos or Klosters. Accommodation shapes every schedule.

  4. Security contact

The name of your close-protection or security coordinator, so we can brief them.

  5. Billing

The entity to invoice and any reference you need on the invoice.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you invoice a whole delegation on one bill?

Yes. We centralise invoicing and follow-up: one coordinator, one invoice for the whole programme, and a clear follow-up of every movement.

How long have you worked at the Forum?

Eight years. Our chauffeurs and coordinators have worked the Davos Forum for eight years, for government delegations, ministers and C-level executives.

How do you select your chauffeurs?

By meeting them. An Ernest & Sons account manager travels to each new driver’s location and tests driving, language, local knowledge, reactions, vehicle cleanliness and attitude. Only drivers we have vetted in person join our pool.

How many vehicles can you manage for one delegation?

Groups of roughly 30 to 50 passengers travel in convoy, and our on-site dispatch team coordinates every vehicle as one programme.

Can you work with our security team?

Yes. We agree communication with your close-protection officers and on-site coordinators before arrival, and we share routes, drop-off points and alternatives with them.

How early should I book a chauffeur for the WEF in Davos?

Enquire in July or August of the year before the Forum. Hundreds of vehicles are deployed for the week, and the chauffeurs with real Davos experience are taken first. Late requests are possible, but the choice of drivers and vehicles narrows quickly from October.

How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?

Within hours. Replying fast is a point of honour for us: every enquiry sent by WhatsApp, email or telephone is answered by a coordinator who knows Davos, with availability and a clear proposal.
