Transfer or chauffeur?
One journey, or a driver for the whole week
A transfer is a single journey from A to B. If you need a car all day, see our chauffeur hire.
Davos has no airport. Every guest arrives by road, by helicopter or by a mix of both, and the last leg is where the Forum’s traffic, checkpoints and weather bite. Our Davos transfers are planned for exactly that.
Each transfer starts with a meet & greet. A chauffeur or a coordinator meets the guest at the aircraft or in the arrivals hall, and we monitor the flight so the pick-up follows the actual landing time.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does the transfer from Zurich airport to Davos take?
About two hours in normal conditions and roughly 2.5 hours or more during the Forum, when weather, traffic and checkpoints add time. By helicopter the flight takes around 40 minutes, subject to weather and permissions.
Which airports do you serve for Davos?
Zurich (ZRH) is the usual gateway. We also run transfers from Geneva and Milan, meet private jets, and coordinate helicopter arrivals to Davos.
How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?
Within hours. Replying fast is a point of honour for us: every enquiry sent by WhatsApp, email or telephone is answered by a coordinator who knows Davos, with availability and a clear proposal.
Can I book a one-way transfer only?
Yes. A single transfer is a standard service. Tell us the route, the date and the flight, and we confirm the details.
How early should I book a chauffeur for the WEF in Davos?
Enquire in July or August of the year before the Forum. Hundreds of vehicles are deployed for the week, and the chauffeurs with real Davos experience are taken first. Late requests are possible, but the choice of drivers and vehicles narrows quickly from October.
