With daily or full-week hire, the car and the driver belong to your guest for the duration of the Forum.
Full-week chauffeur hire in Davos suits guests whose days are full of short, unpredictable moves: a meeting, a reception, a dinner, a second reception. The chauffeur waits, adapts and brings the guest back, and the guest never has to look for a car.
It also suits the Forum’s logistics. Registration is done once for the vehicle and the driver. The chauffeur knows the guest’s hotel, the routes you agreed and the people to call. Day after day, the service gets sharper.
On standby, the car stays ready
Each limousine is cleaned thoroughly before the service begins. During standby, the chauffeur checks the interior, empties any waste and restocks water and hand wipes. At the end of a service, the car is inspected so nothing is left behind.
Choosing the vehicle
For principals, the Mercedes S-Class is our first choice. The E-Class suits brief standby. For teams, the V-Class carries up to seven passengers and their luggage.

How early should I book a chauffeur for the WEF in Davos?
Enquire in July or August of the year before the Forum. Hundreds of vehicles are deployed for the week, and the chauffeurs with real Davos experience are taken first. Late requests are possible, but the choice of drivers and vehicles narrows quickly from October.
