Independence
Ernest & Sons is an independent chauffeur company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the World Economic Forum. The names “World Economic Forum” and “WEF” are used solely to describe the event we serve.
Data we collect
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. If you write to us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive the details you choose to send (name, contact details, dates, itinerary). We use them only to answer your request and to deliver the service, and we keep them for as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal obligations.
Sharing
We share your details only with the chauffeurs, partners and authorities involved in delivering your booking, for example for vehicle and driver registration. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@ernest-sons.com. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies, and so does the GDPR where relevant.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies and we do not load third-party scripts, fonts, maps or advertising tools. The site works without them, and so does your privacy.
Content and accuracy
The information on this site, including routes, times and access rules for the World Economic Forum, is given in good faith and reflects recent editions. Rules are set by the authorities and change often, so please confirm the current details with us before you rely on them. Nothing here is an official traffic or security notice.
